The AGV Tourmodular Helmet is the flip-up/modular helmet designed to take long journeys in total comfort and with the highest possible level of safety, certified to the strict ECE2206 regulations. Safety starts with the carbon, aramid and fiberglass shell that allows for the highest level of protection and lightness, so it can be worn for thousands of miles.
The AGV Tourmodular has been developed to cut through the wind, minimizing turbulence and helmet movement even at high speeds. This aerodynamic design comes from AGV's experience in the most extreme competitive environments, such as MotoGP™, which helps minimize rider neck and shoulder fatigue. The helmet's aerodynamics are optimized even in an open configuration. The AGV Tourmodular can be used with the chin up in complete safety even when on the move, exceeding the standards required by the P/J specific bond.
The helmet features 4 large adjustable air vents, on the top and chin, and 16 internal air exhaust channels to allow maximum ventilation flexibility and perfect air circulation in all conditions.
The gel mechanisms are metallic and miniature to maximize the coverage area of the protection and expand the field of vision. The thickness of the gel is up to 4 mm, more than double the thickness of the average gel. The soft interiors made of Ritmo and Shalimar fabric, with a customized application system, ensure the direct absorption of moisture and sweat. Waterproof synthetic leather piping keeps water away from the inside of the helmet on the rainy days. AGV's Micro-opening system allows you to keep the visor open for airflow while keeping it firmly attached to the flap.
AGV Ultravision standards ensure total control on the road, allowing 190° horizontal field of view and 85° vertical field of view, values similar to the field of view of the human eye, allowing riders to see the road and surrounding obstacles earlier and more clearly. The gel visor, removable sun visor and Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ anti-glare system allow for full visibility in all conditions.
The AGV Tourmodular is the first modular helmet configured for the integrated communication system with DMC technology, the highest standard of wireless communication for motorcycle riders.
