The re-proofer rain repellent by MUC-OFF is a product designed to renew water-repellent protection, ideal for technical and waterproof clothing, offering effective protection against moisture, mud, and stubborn stains, without compromising the breathability of the fabrics. It is designed to extend the lifespan and performance of your gear, maintaining the fabrics' properties even after frequent use.

Made with a PFC-free, water-based formula, it is a safe choice for both the user and the environment. Its special formula renews the water-repellent protection of fabrics, helping to effectively repel wet mud and dirt while protecting against the formation of stubborn stains.

Its ease of application enhances usability, allowing for quick and even treatment of garments. At the same time, it is suitable for use on any technical or waterproof/water-repellent fabric, including Gore-Tex®, Polartec®, Pertex®, and eVent®, as well as softshell, hardshell, and down-filled garments, without affecting the materials' breathability.

Its practicality is complemented by its high performance, as one bottle is sufficient to treat one to two garments, offering economical and effective use. In addition, the product is Project Green certified, as its formula is water-based and contains no perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs), contributing to a more environmentally friendly equipment care process.

HOW TO USE

Shake the bottle well before use to activate the formula.
Spray evenly from a distance of 10-15 centimeters until the garment is completely covered. (We recommend using a specialized detergent for technical clothing to clean the garment before application. Always follow the washing instructions on the label.)
We recommend spraying in a well-ventilated, dry area.
Wipe off any excess product with a clean cloth.
Allow the product to dry.
Air-dry the garment by hanging it up, and let it dry overnight before wearing it again in wet conditions.
The effectiveness of the DWR coating applied to the surface of technical garments will gradually diminish over time due to normal use and washing, so we recommend renewing the coating every 3 months, depending on use and washing frequency.
All waterproof clothing requires care to maintain its best possible performance. Using regular household detergents will eventually destroy the DWR and reduce water repellency due to the strong surfactants contained in these products.
If you notice that water no longer beads up on the surface of your garment and instead soaks into the fabric, then it's time to renew the coating with a re-water-repellent treatment.
For best results, apply it to a clean, damp garment.
