The 1st generation GIpro ATRE speedometer combines two top-of-the-line features in a single device: accurate gear ratio display and the advanced ATRE (Advanced Timing Retard Eliminator) system. It features a large, easy-to-read display with a choice of red (RD) or blue (BL) backlighting, providing instant feedback and an enhanced driving experience.
Instant and accurate gear indication.
The GIpro displays the selected gear ratio instantly and with absolute precision, offering greater control and safety while driving. Unlike other similar products, it does not exhibit delays or incorrect readings.
Easy and quick installation.
Installation is easy via Plug & Play wiring and can be completed in about 40 minutes, without any major modifications.
Built-in Advanced TRE.
Many modern Kawasaki models use different ignition timings per gear ratio to comply with noise and emissions regulations. This results in reduced throttle response in low gears.
With TRE enabled:
- Throttle response is improved.
- Acceleration is increased in gears 1 through 4.
- Engine performance is improved at low RPM and full throttle (especially on the ZX14 below 6000 RPM).
The system automatically deactivates in Neutral for smooth idling. With a single button, the rider can choose between four different modes, with visual confirmation on the display.
