The shell is constructed from AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), a combination of organic fibers and polymer materials that ensures effective shock absorption. The multi-density EPS liner system offers optimized protection, thanks to EPS components with varying levels of shock absorption. The helmet is available in 4 different outer shell sizes (XS-S / M / L / XL-XXL), while the double D-ring buckle ensures a secure and stable fit.
The helmet features the E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System), which allows for easy removal in the event of an accident by removing the cheek pads. At the same time, the multi-ventilation and exhaust system, with air vents on the forehead and chin, contributes to effective air circulation inside the helmet.
The CRB-1 visor features a wide field of view and a mount for the PINLOCK anti-fog system, offering clear and unobstructed visibility while riding.
In terms of comfort, Shoei has equipped the helmet with a 3D central pad and cheek pads in various thicknesses (31, 35, 39, 43, and 47 mm), allowing for a better fit on the head. All padding is removable and washable, ensuring hygiene and long-term use.
