The EXO 1500 AIR helmet by SCORPION is a full-face helmet that sets new standards in the touring category. From effective noise control and ergonomic comfort to sophisticated design and advanced adjustment systems, every detail has been studied to enhance your riding experience and make every journey more enjoyable.

The revolutionary Ultra TCT™ shell, made of a multilayer composite material (fiberglass with special resins), designed to absorb impact energy through controlled deformation, offers exceptional energy dispersion in the event of a collision, while maintaining an exceptionally low weight. The improved aerodynamic design enhances stability at high speeds and reduces air resistance, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. At the same time, the redesigned internal structure offers a high level of sound insulation, ideal for long journeys.

The wide-angle windshield offers maximum visibility, while the integrated, retractable sun visor effectively protects against intense sunlight. The quick-change visor system without tools and the locking mechanism enhance practicality and safety.

The inner lining with three-dimensional (3D) cushions made of antimicrobial fabric is fully removable and washable, offering superior comfort and hygiene even after prolonged use.

The efficient ventilation system, with adjustable upper air vent, chin vent, and rear air outlets, maintains a stable and comfortable temperature inside the helmet, even in demanding conditions.

For those looking for top performance with even lower weight, it is also available in an extremely lightweight carbon version. It complies with the latest European safety standards ECE 22-06, offering a high level of protection and reliability on every journey.

FEATURES

MATERIAL

Ultra TCT™.

SHELL

Ultra TCT™: This is the technology used to manufacture the helmet shell, which employs a multilayer composite material (fiberglass with special resins), designed to absorb impact energy through controlled deformation, offering high strength and better head protection in the event of an accident.
3 shell sizes.

RETENTION SYSTEM

Micrometric closure.

ERGONOMICS

Emergency release: EMT-friendly, quick-release pads for emergency situations.
AirFit inflation system: Allows you to customize the fit and reduce wind noise and lift. Using the inflation ball, a more comfortable fit with fewer pressure points minimizes helmet vibration and lift at higher speeds.

VENTILATION

Aero-Tuned Ventilation: The aerodynamically tuned shell reduces drag, improves balance, and maximizes mobility. It features optimal airflow, drawing heat and moisture out for a cool and dry ride.
1 adjustable vent at the top.
1 adjustable vent at the chin.
1 air outlet at the back.

COMFORT

Premium Quick Release: easy adjustment of the chin strap.
