The HCB-1 Anti-Corrosion Spray by Muc-Off is an advanced protective product designed to protect metal parts from corrosion and keep your equipment in top condition. Ideal for bicycles, e-bikes, and motorcycles exposed to harsh weather conditions.

Specially designed for quick and easy application, it dissolves existing rust and creates a thin, transparent protective film. Its powerful capillary action allows it to penetrate narrow cracks and crevices, providing comprehensive protection even in the most hard-to-reach areas.

It offers exceptional corrosion resistance, with protection in a saltwater environment for over 300 hours according to ASTM B-117. It is resistant to heat, cold, and salt water, creating a self-healing barrier that remains active for up to 12 months.

Apply evenly to the desired surface and verify complete coverage using a UV lamp, thanks to the special UV indicator included in its formulation.

It is safe for use on electrical components, paints, and most rigid plastic trim. It contains no wax, silicone, Teflon, or water and is ideal for use in harsh conditions.

APPLICATION

Thoroughly wash and dry the surface before applying. It's a good idea to test a small area for surface compatibility before complete coverage.
Before using, make sure the surface you are spraying on is cool and out of direct sunlight.
Shake the can to activate the formula. You can use the extension straw for a more precise application.
Apply a thin, even film of spray on the surface you want to protect* and allow it to dry completely. You may need to wait up to 24 hours to allow it cure, which will offer the best protection.
Check to make sure the coverage is even using UV torch.

*Just remember not to apply Harsh Condition Barrier to tyre treads and braking surfaces.
