In designing the Akrapovic exhaust, engineers focused on optimizing throttle response and rideability, while placing particular emphasis on durability and functional design. With a weight reduction of 37.7% (1.4 kg) compared to the factory version, it offers an increase in power and torque of 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 8,300 rpm and 0.9 Nm at 8,150 rpm. It rewards the rider with a deep, sporty sound without compromising on everyday usability.
It is available with EC/ECE type approval certification, and the plug-and-play installation does not require engine remapping. The exhaust is compatible with the GT and Rally versions of the Triumph Tiger 1200, as well as with the original Triumph side cases.
