The outer casing and end cap are made of carbon fiber, while the connecting pipe and internal structure of the silencer are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and low weight.
The system offers a weight reduction of 48.8% (2 kg) compared to the standard exhaust system. At the same time, its lively and deep sound highlights the character of the twin-cylinder engine, while performance is significantly improved: +0.6 kW (0.8 hp) at 7,450 rpm and +0.8 Nm at 4,600 rpm, according to measurements on the Akrapovic dynamometer, compared to a Honda CB500 Hornet with factory exhaust system.
Installation is simple, plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required.
