ERGONOMICS

  • Automatic activation when the zipper is closed, deactivated when the zipper is opened.
  • The dual-charge system allows for two separate airbag activations. In the event of a collision, only one of the two inflators is activated.
  • Gas inflators: can be replaced by the user (where permitted by local laws).

COMFORT

  • The removable ECU and airbag allow for easy washing of the protective jacket.
  • Honeycomb Nucleon CELL technology: a honeycomb structure, i.e. a hexagonal pattern resembling a beehive, is widely used in shock absorption technology. It is used in both the chest and back protectors for lightweight, ventilated, and flexible protection.
  • Additional padding on the arms and chest.

PROTECTION

  • Proven to offer twice the protection of passive impact protectors.
  • The dual gas inflators allow for 2 activations.
  • The airbag is certified for up to 4 activations before replacement (if not damaged).
  • Average inflation time 52 ms (depending on size).
  • CE level 1 airbag coverage: chest, back, shoulders, collarbone, and neck.
  • The airbag provides neck protection by inflating around the neck, in accordance with FIM standards.
  • Compatible with all cervical collars, including the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support (BNS).

CERTIFICATION

  • Certified according to FIM Cross Country Rally regulations.
  • Fully certified according to Dolomiticert protocols for ENDURO, RALLY, and STREET performance.
  • The passive chest protector of the protective jacket is certified according to CE Level 2.
  • The chest, elbow, and shoulder protectors are certified according to CE Level 1.
  • The elbow and shoulder protectors are replaceable.
