The mounting bracket can be easily attached to the frame tube. This is possible on frame tubes with a diameter of 12-28 mm and on square frame tubes with a diameter of 12-18 mm - in each case, two frame tubes are required.
In addition to the screw connection of the plastic bracket and the metal clamp with rubberized inner surface, the lock is secured in place with a durable cable tie with a metal core. This means that the bracket always remains in place, even under high loads.
